I pick a goal and do one small thing a day toward that goal. Even If I end up missing some days, thats hundreds of actions toward a goal.
That adds up.

Office space has a big problem.
Much of it was financed under near-zero interest rates with nearly full occupancy.
Then Covid hit.
Now buildings are half full, companies need less space cause of remote work, and interest rates are higher. That means lower valuations.
