Our family practices "thankfuls" each morning. Starting the day with some #gratitude seems to make the day go better. There is a heaviness to negativity that is impossible to fully describe. It is defeated, by being thankful, even in the midst of tough stuff.

Happy Birthday to me!
Not ashamed to celebrate it, because it's one more year I gave #Crohns hell for messing with me and it's one more birthday I can actually celebrate - instead of being at a friend or loved one's funeral. Like most of my childhood.

I do not fear a #robot rebellion. What I am concerned about is that we will become so dependent on robots and #artificialintelligence that should we lose power/electronic infrastructure - we would have no tacit knowledge to do all the things AI did for us.

What blocks moving forward isn't necessarily an insurmountable obstacle. Rather it is the inability to make an informed decision due to the clutter that clogs the mind. Mental and physical clutter need to be tamed. What an arduous task!

My husband - ate scones in a little tea shop with a view of Buckingham Palace. 10 years later - I make "scones" for him. My kids love it. 5 years later, I find a British recipe for scones. My husband loves those. I have to alternate between them to keep everyone happy.
