Odd thought:
The Matrix movies take on radically different meaning depending on the energy and data processing efficiency of the Matrix itself. That spirals in some CRAZY directions.

Multiple studies indicate a mid '90s reversal of Flynn Effect. Consider that linguistic reasoning and cognitive compositional complexity (by range of comfort) are primary factors for experience of inclusion. Besides the probability of recursion, there's a public mental health issue to consider.

Much of production skill gatekeeping is passive, i.e. if you're not in the rooms where these decisions get made (and some of the logic behind them discussed), it's very hard to stumble across. Production meetings are buffets of expertise, but even most film pro's won't sit in one. #FilmThoughts

Part of the problem of representation on screen is the even narrower representation among decision-makers. The knowledge and skills involved in pulling together (and holding together) a viable project are ruthlessly gatekept. That can, and must, change. #FilmThoughts

Hi! I talk about stuff. Ludicrous range and haphazard segues. Film, literature, philosophy (the kind in books, not bongs or bottles), peculiar collisions of industrial music and chamber strings. That sort of thing.
