3/ … The music is always there, somewhere. Usually you have to dig to find what you dig. But then you get surprised by coming across it in the course of regular life (there’s not much regular life doing overnite radio).

2/ We took it beyond just the music. The team was mixed in age, race, income, denomination, and politics - but no ordained ministers. (It would have been in gender, too, but women were very hesitant to do an overnight shift, for safety reasons.) Some of us were active in other people’s ministries.

I don’t take music that way.. I listen to, and love, all eras and genres, successful or not. I have a bit of a thing against the 1980s and early ‘90s - it was the era of corporatization of the music business and its delivery systems. But that didn’t stop us from having a blast on the radio. … /1

The eye separation reminds me of the late ‘60s/early ‘70s US automobiles. Wiiiide on both ends, though it made the rears try to slide out on even normal hard.

It was the era when automakers deliberately made cars very very badly. Several foreign makers gave their economy cars the same treatment - Renault and Fiat, to name two. It created a hole in the marketplace so big that all of East Asia could drive through it. (And they eventually *did*.)

The car whose rear end was axed off. It had a *brutal* look to it.

They wanted to name it Rust, due to how quickly it set in. But they decided to name it Gremlin, after the little creatures that were packed into each car to make sure everything would go wrong. Still better than Chevette & Vega.

The problem is the candidate. (Not that those who manage the campaign are doing it well, it’s just that they’re fixable - hire new, change course.) The candidate is broken far beyond repair.

It’s so bad that he may not win in the next governor’s election. But we won’t know until he runs for that.

Spaghetti lives in trees and hangs head down like a snake. You must kill it by boiling it and smothering it with tomato gravy. Spices like red pepper, oregano, and sprinkled Parmesan cheese make sure it is safe to eat.

Just looked her up. She served in various capacities for dozens of famous people, and was a loyal supporter of police in NY and everywhere, did international ads, and was an associate producer at ABC News. I'd swear I've seen those distinctive eyes before, live, but I can't place it.

If they think this will be worth the pushback, they are fools. People with even a tiny amount of intelligence knows this is likely going to *cost* them the power to do this - the cost-to-benefit ratio would have made a thinking person choke on it. Unless they're overcome by their power madness.
