We have been Credit Union customers for many years.
The exception was Mortgages Big Banks always had far superior rates.
We finally got ours to the credit union during the pandemic when rates cratered.

I'm going out on a limb and guessing the diversion program for this sex offender is a contract the county has with a organization run by christians, where the counseling is done by pastors. The DA/court will then rely on the christian organization to give this child abuser a "cured" certificate.
