Most of us think of Mexico as a drug cartel haven but it's much, much more than that. The cartels also capture and shake down avocado farmers and extract mob like payments before harvest or shipments can take place. Mexico's cartels have much more pain to offer than just lethal and illegal drugs.

Nikolas Cruz was free to mow down 17 kids and teachers at Parkland, Florida on Valentine's Day 6 years ago. Nikolas is still free to breathe, eat, read, think, talk, etc. 17 Kids and teachers are dead and gone from us forever because Nikolas was free to kill them. Freedom in America can be deadly.

Lester Holt highlighted reporting that revealed that while officers milled around and cowered in the hallways the doors to classrooms may well not have been locked at all. Waiting for the keys... to unlock open doors while little kids are being blown to bits by armor piercing ammo. Freedom!

Spending the weekend at a state park, NWS just bumped up the risk factor for tornadoes. Just emailed the NWS website and explained our location and they wrote back in 15 minutes with the highest risks and timing so I could share with other campers. (Your EMA people, mayors, etc have this email list)

Because no one makes them do better. We just dropped $4M on an AI paper sorting machine at our recycling center to help us get to 98% purity in our bales. Current leaders are too focused on problems we don’t have to fix real ones like this.

To recycle plastic we must not contaminate the plastic with paper products or anything else.
Soft plastic stuff (bags, big wraps from cleaners for example) six-pack rings, etc. should not include paper products.

I must have played it a 1000 times over the years playing music. It is so simple musically and so powerful lyrically and though I do not sing well by any stretch I was able to find a part in the harmony were I could blend in. It is a favorite.
