I live in a place in MD that is very much like this. One note - this is also a health equity solution. If people can walk 15 minutes to a full service grocery store, they have access to fresh healthy foods & are not in food deserts.

When you capitalize each word, e.g. #MakeSpoutibleAccessible , #TextToSpeech software users hear all the words read individually. W/out caps they hear a string of gibberish, denying people with impaired vision appropriate access.
