Getting COVID booster, flu vaccine, and Hep B booster at 3 today. I'm taking Monday off to recover as the COVID booster + flu vax combo took me down for a day last year.

Elders brings a wealth of experience & understanding in how govt works. You need the elders to teach & mentor & help elevate the fresh ideas. Denying older folks contributions & their vast knowledge creates a void & disadvantage. We can have BOTH older and younger in congress, which already exists.

Watched my juvenile bearded dragon leap onto Dog's face last night. I saw it from behind and Trogdor had their limbs stretched out during the leap, like one of those flying squirrels landing on a perch. Dog, shocked, took it like a champ. Trogdor the Adventurer.

Being anti bigoted is a life long path, you may stumble and trip especially if you are old enough to remember a time where hate was very openly practice and accepted. Things like sexism/racism was a norm even if people tried to down play it. Realize its all a learning process and continue forward.
