HELP! Several times each day, when I click on the Spoutible app on my ipad, I get this screen, and cannot access Spoutible without deleting the app from my ipad and downloading it again from the cloud, then logging in again. Is there anyone else experiencing this? Does anyone know what it means??

Issue One requires ALL 88 counties to submit 5% signatures to place an amendment on the ballot. This means ONE county could deny the other 87 counties the right to vote on an amendment. Minority would rule!!
