Also I find a comfort in having & using a tool that a relative/ancestor also used. Trying to put my finger on what that feeling is— sense of connection and continuity, the passed-down-skill, an echo of the person. Thoughts?

Ok y'all. Two days ago it was almost 60 degrees. I was in a hoodie. Sitting outside in the wondrously glorious sun. Now it feels like 15 degrees F. I was so excited that I could actually see the moon and all it's pain in the ass glory. It didn't come out as clear as I have before. It was freezing
