You may be a football fan, you may not be, but as a Michigan cow, I am proud that Detroit is hosting the NFL draft starting tonight. This is a big deal, with hundreds of thousands of fans descending on the city. Here's my photo of the Detroit skyline, as seen from Belle Isle in the Detroit River.

This is the Gerald R. Ford Presidential Museum in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Ford is the only president from the state of Michigan. I was here last fall.

I found myself on the streets of Cozumel, Mexico for the first, but certainly not the last, time in 2003. Forgive the grainy quality of the photo but digital camera technology back then wasn't quite up to the standards of today. I'm at the bottom of the photo, lost in the shadows.

Happy Earth Day everyone! This planet is a beautiful place and we should keep it that way. In 2021 I visited Monument Valley in the northernmost part of Arizona. It was desolate and amazingly beautiful. There was a sign placed by the Native Americans that said "Respect Mother Earth." I hope we do.

This is another picture from my visit to London last November. I am in Kensington Gardens next to a stunning bronze sculpture by British sculptor Simon Gudgeon. The sculpture, named Serenity, is inspired by the Egyptian goddess of nature.

When I visited Hollywood, California in 2000 I was able to see all the famous hand prints in concrete outside Grauman's Chinese Theater. This actress was a little famous, I think. But the larger question that must be asked is when am I going to be invited to cast my hooves and scratch my name?

When I visited Diagon Alley at Universal Studios in Orlando, Florida back in 2014, I came across this butterbeer wagon. Have you ever had butterbeer? It's so good, I recommend you never have any, or it may be all you think about for the next 10 years.

It’s the start of the baseball season and I’m celebrating with a week’s worth of pictures of ballparks I’ve visited. Today I am at Wrigley Field in Chicago. Like, this photo is 10 minutes old! This famous park has been the home of the Chicago Cubs since 1912.

Does this look like the Eiffel Tower? Because it is! I don't have a picture from the top, it was just too scary, but this is one of the other levels from when I visited Paris in 2019.

This is the Castillo San Felipe del Morro in San Juan, Puerto Rico. El Morro, as it's known, is a large fortress and citadel commissioned by Charles I of Spain in 1539. I had the pleasure of visiting in 2005 and hope to go back this October! I see #fake is trending, which none of MY photos are!

There's lots of intrigue surrounding the Royal Family these days. I don't have much of an opinion as far as that goes, but it does remind me of my visit to one of their residences, Windsor Castle, in November 2023. It was originally built by William the Conqueror after the Norman conquest of 1066.

The Belle Isle Aquarium is the oldest in the U.S. dating back to 1904. It was designed by famed architect Albert Kahn and the green tiled ceiling is designed to make visitors feel like they are under water. Belle Isle is situated between Michigan and Ontario in the Detroit River. I visited today.

This is the Fountain of Rings in downtown Atlanta, Georgia. As I'm sure you know, it was built for the 1996 Olympics. I visited in 2001.

Hocking Hills State Park in southern Ohio has some incredible hiking and is truly a beautiful place. In fact, it doesn't look like the rest of Ohio at all! (Ohio burn!) I was here last May.

If you saw my post earlier today, you know that I have set a goal to visit 30 museums - I'm currently at 19 with 11 more to go. This is one of the 19 - the Ford Piquette Avenue Plant Museum in Detroit. This was the birthplace of the Model T. A must visit for any car buff! I visited last summer.

A Spout a day, every day, 391 days in a row and counting now - not one repeated photo! Is anyone else as impressed as I am that I've kept it going this long?? Today brings me to Kings Island amusement park in Ohio from 2000. Behind me is Top Gun, now called The Bat. Either way, it's a ride.

Some of you may remember Tony Packo's restaurant getting lots of love from Corporal Maxwell Klinger on M*A*S*H. This Toledo, OH mainstay was mentioned by Toledo native Jamie Farr on 6 episodes of the show. And he's right, their Hungarian hot dogs are the best! I was at the ballpark location in 2011.
