Today I'm down another 5 pounds. I like celebrating every step of 5 or 10 because each success makes me happy to continue. I credit my low sodium plan 100% because I'm still eating healthy carbs & don't feel deprived or hungry. It's keeping my salty-fat addiction at bay. 35 total. Yay me! Fireworks!

Israel gave close to a week notice to evacuate the north. Had they needed the advice, the civilian casualties would have been drastically lower. Also, there are over one million Palestinians living in Israel. Israel has no issue with Palestinians, just with Hamas. This is not a genocide……
