WOW!!! 5 years ago. Every fear I had about Kavanaugh and the direction of this Supreme Court has come true. Kavanaugh turning his back on me when he heard my daughter was murdered in Parkland, & then lying about it, should have told us everything we needed to know about him.

This is concerning. Following the Parkland murder, one of the laws that we changed in Florida was raising the age to 21. It has held up in court including the federal appeals court. The full 11th circuit, which leans more conservative, has just agreed to relitigate this.

Sadly, for those of us working to reduce gun violence, this outcome was something we warned about. Over the past 5 years and because of the Covid gun surge, the United States added another 100 million weapons plus ghost guns. It is time to deal with it.
