It's easy to be dismissive of disabled people trying to explain harmful things that abled people don't think are harmful.
It's really hard for me to be dishonest. I'm not good at it. I'm autistic and non-autistic people often project subtext that just isn't there.

Finally asked my husband to take me to a store (wore my elastomeric respirator) to find a new compression garment to wear overnight because of my abdominal swelling.
I'm more exhausted than after pool therapy just trying one garment on and having my husband help me get it off. FIRM COMPRESSION.
