Maintained my 20+ year old bycicle today and first time since I had it, I had to lower the saddle hight. Don't know what that means, but some reason it feels like a big deal 😅

Going through the critiques I got. Been away from it for a couple of days. Maybe it was not so bad as I thought after all 🤔 I Also got one more in the last minutes. All readers though, said the same thing, not knowing what happened previously made it a bit hard to understand which is true.

Just woke up from conversation dream. I have those alot 😅 once even played chess (don't even know how) while talking and "saving the world".
But here's the last (deep thought) sentence;

"Star Trek could be the future, Star Wars is just a fantasy."

Well...went and tried once again something, just to know what the people are buzzing. And it was not for me. Post apocalyptic world stories just are not for me. They always stumble on aspects that we try change in this era and it makes me wonder that maybe we still are not ready.

Regardless that things weren't as successful as I would have wanted, but finally getting and seeing what it means when there is a "right" kind of person reading your story, it really was priceless.
And I am outdated in genre-wise, but who cares 😅

Quite a butchery😅
The biggest reason was that few cared to read the advisory blurb. Also, the chapter drops from the middle of the story without background.
There was one "right" person to read it.

Being multi genre reader and owning "own" library..it's somehow satisfying just go to upstairs, spend 30 minutes going thru shelf's and books, trying to find what would tickle you to read today.

So..had the house to myself for a couple of hours. Took a chance and read and gave feedback on a couple of critique writings.
Really good ones. Not perfect as we are not that, but ideas are flying around out there.

So, now I am banned from speaking (even that little I do in real life) and working. Flu thingy has not gone away for doc's puzzlement 🙄
Maybe I finally add names for my WIP 3 instead of listening text-to-voice app pronouncing "asterisk-asterisk-asterisk-asterisk"

Sooo..🤔 how bad is it to miss spell your MC's name on text that you put on critique site? 😅

Correction made, but now without seconds panic as not paying customer, can't change actual text, but luckily mistake was only in title section.

Correction round 4;

Added 2 notes about this scene to be fictional and no bearings of real history events or characters. Last time even with same note I got feedback telling me that this is not historical event 😅

I have now changed the introduction for 3rd time 😅 It is really hard to describe it well as the scene is from the middle of the story and the groundwork is done in the first chapter. But there is now a warning about it to be a dramatic and emotional scene.
It's out on Wednesday.
