Yes, that's how Media Concentration happened. The same thing is happening in Canada where there are too few locallly-owned/small scale companies, when you have Rogers, and Bell etc that own the major networks there. The CBC/Ici Radio Canada have the BBC problem of the Tories trying to dictate.
