Don’t you hate it when the fitted sheet turns into a pillowcase burrito in the dryer and when you take it out and untangle it, the pillowcases are still damp?

No? Just me then.

My history segment on CBC Edmonton's Radio Active last night. I talked about the history of the Edmonton Ski Club, and the ski jump that once stood on Connors Hill.

#ProfessorReflections Anybody else have students who never came see them, email them, talk to them but now want to meet to discuss their grade right before or right after the final? Why now? What can you do now? Go back 10 weeks and do the stuff I asked you to do on the syllabus.

Sex trafficking/ sexual abuse of young women shouldn't be the punchline of "jokes" or memes. There's nothing funny about the Epstein situation.

That's just my opinion though.

Ghislaine Maxwell could not have sold women and girls for sex without wealthy men buying women and girls for sex. I feel like more people should mention that.

Each year, Nova Scotia gifts Boston a Christmas tree, which becomes Boston's Official Christmas Tree.

The tradition came about from one of the worst days in Canadian history.

On Dec. 6, 1917, the SS Imo collided with the Mont-Blanc in Halifax harbour.

Today I took a side trip out of London to the magical site of Stonehenge. Had a beautiful sunny day here and enjoyed the green grass which was still quite tasty. I have many more pictures to share at a later date so please look me up once a day every day for a fresh adventure! #Bessie

Today in 1946, Viola Desmond was dragged out of a movie theatre in New Glasgow, Nova Scotia, injuring her hip.
She was charged by police after she refused to move from the main floor to the balcony where Black patrons sat.
Her case sparked the modern Canadian civil rights movement.

We all have pet peeves when it comes to grammar...mine is when people use 'lead' (the spelling for the metal) instead of 'led'...drives me bonkers!

What's yours?

Then Aaron will be able to create a single Spout including all of them and drive us ALL bonkers!
