My vegetable garden needs weeding badly so it’s full of tiny flowers. My favorite is the blue toadflax. Such a beautiful color and funny name.

This faded tattered monarch must have traveled far to get to my milkweed. She egg bombed all the tiny milkweed plants even leaving 2 on one leaf, not the norm. Now hopefully the plants will grow large enough to accommodate the caterpillars once the eggs hatch.

My husband and I had our bridal registry at an antique shop. We received these two items as wedding gifts. My kids used the chair sometimes but it was mostly used for stuffed animals, that’s probably why it survived.

When my boys were young my Australian friend would send them Yowies, such fun. Now you can buy them in the U.S. so I’ve continued the tradition. So what that my son is 34, he still enjoys them. The 1st had a harp seal. #SpoutibleScavengerHunt #candy

2 foil wrapped chocolate monsters, one’s named Boof the other is Crag. Boof is orange with green hair and a big round red nose. Crag is dark green with light green hair and a snout like a toothy croc. There’s a surprise inside each that’s usually a plastic animal with a tiny book with interesting info on the animal. The opened one contained a harp seal.

My sister spent Easter with our 88 yo Mom. This is how my sister found my Mom’s house. The woman is a beast of a holiday decorator. The 4th pic is our FB conversation. My Mom lives alone and did all this herself. Age is only a number.❤️

Spring blooms here in NC are Honeysuckle and Homestead verbena, I’d rather have lilacs🫤. I cleaned up some flower beds and got my first “sting-bite” (kid term) from something, what joy! Then had to come inside because the pollen just did me in.🤧. I’ll try again tomorrow.

I raise butterflies and my sister found this tiny sign among her late mother-in-love’s possessions. She felt I was the appropriate one to inherit it. The felt monarch caterpillar was a gift from my son. #SpoutibleScavengerHunt #sign
