Been watching Mother Nature, checking out how she moves, checking the colors she wears, the #suits she likes to use. She's got a thing for tassels and frills, solids and patterns that thrill. But she's not afraid to switch it up, colored contacts for eyes, just a plus. #dailypicturetheme 🤣🤣#humor

2 Threaded Spouts

As I was shooting a nearby dandelion, I spotted a spider peeking at me from another. So I literally turned my focus on the spider, who seemed to strike a pose... and thus the Madonna tune was in my head for a couple hours.

I love the #long tails on these white spider orchids found at Djirikartup. We have at least 8 types of spider orchids on the property.
I also #long for the rain to come as it’s currently too dry for a good orchid season this year 😢

So this is fun. Last night I saw several first time moths, and this tiny moth (like barely 5mm long), the Yellow-winged Oak Leafroller #Moth (#Argyrotaenia quercifolania ) looked interesting in normal light, but it fluoresces quite strongly under 365nm UV!
