My left ear has a profound loss that can't be fixed outside of an implant. A tube was placed in my right ear a month ago. With the first little cut, I lost the low frequencies & my world became an empty tin can. Today, my right aid was recalibrated & my whole body is relieved. That's it. Happy.

Found a treasure while cleaning out a closet on a rainy day. Dr. Acton, Ohio Health Director during the onset of the pandemic, worked tirelessly to share science-backed information in the face of hostile Covid deniers. The bobble heads were sold as a fundraiser. Grateful for & miss her leadership.

I have been on Spoutible 12 whole days without a single troll, unsolicited DM, or random MAGA driveby. I’ve met people who seem lovely and I love the absence of algorithm. The updates are always improvements and quibbles are few. @cbouzy you have a fabulous weekend with some advanced self-care, ok?
