I first met Tracy Chapman in the mid-1980s when she was a student at Tufts University and performing on the street in Harvard Square, Cambridge Massachusetts. She was a stunning talent even then. She stands up for human rights. So happy to see this recognition at the Grammys. 🙌

This! More states should provide free breakfast & lunch in schools. If we break the cartel of Big Food, we can also transition kids away from unhealthy processed food-like substances & develop their taste for fresh, healthy foods. Hungry kids can’t learn! 🍓🍊🍇

This hurts my heart. The law "forbids" anyone under 18 to work as a roofer. Yet these migrant children are being hired. Some of the examples reported in this piece are horrific.
