Going in circles with NYS and NYC to get a temporary street vendor permit for an art show. I'm floored at how much paperwork there is to make this happen and the amount of time they take to get the applications completed. What a nightmare.

When the opposing candidate sics their troll farm on your city councilmemember's supporters after an office campaign launch, you know they're running scared. Doesn't mean we can take victory for granted but it's certainly encouraging.

In all honesty, I was rolling around looking for a place that I could slide into after the dumpster fire tragedy with Twitter. I stumbled into Spoutible, and I’m just adjusting to the ✨ Whale ✨ aesthetic, now. It’s a nice change-up, and the layout’s looking good.

The doc can either collect the articles that support it's use and draft an appeal letter and/or request a doc-to-doc call. It's a pain, but it's the healthcare rejecting system we live in. Sorry to hear this!

Have your Doctor personally call the insurance company and ask for a peer to peer review..he will speak to another doctor and he can explain why you need it and why it was prescribed..retired nurse here and worked the last 6 yrs in a md office..that’s how you get around it.

The pre-authorization for a drug my doctor had prescribed just got rejected because the use would be off label. I'm furious. The health condition this was meant to treat underlies a lot of other health issues that could have been helped. Any suggestions for how to continue an appeal?
