Local grocery had a "NYStrip" roast and thought I would give a try.
Salt, pepper, bring to room tempt. Put in Weber with indirect heat and veg baskets I got for Dad Day. Turned out excellent. Med-Med rare on end. Should be rare in middle. Great dinner.
