We did it. This 45 and 46 yo married with kids couple of 25 years went to the club, just us, just for the music. We had the best time. Came home exhausted at 2 am (😱) and happy. No worry about judgment or regret. Just each other, the music & being in the moment. What a way to live ❤️.

The process of getting one’s own or family member’s medical records from one place to another is stupidly cumbersome. If I as a physician can’t navigate the system easily and quickly, how are we to expect the general population to do it? Another way the US healthcare system fails us.

My kids are obsessed with butter noodles and eat them multiple times a week, but for Valentine’s Day, I wanted to make them something different, something extra special, really knock their socks off, so I made red butter noodles. I am presently the house favorite, my work is done here.
