I've been here since the start, I hadn't used it much because it was easier to stay on Twitter. When Muskrat changed the name, I decided to come here more. After a week here I went back and HOLY HELL! That place is a shitbox of negativity. You don't realize how toxic something is until you leave.

I'm not against fundraising campaigns but if you start getting large investors, you will start to having people demand they get more say in the company and accountability to a smaller group.

I asked a co-worker why they liked Trump. Their answer was it's the way Trump speaks, how he willingly insults people. I think it's important people understand this. They see Trump as one of them. They don't see a politicians who minces words and obfuscates.

To reiterate what has been said here many times before -- men (and it seems to always be a man), do not DM someone (usually a woman) as soon as you follow them or as soon as they decide to follow you back. Even to say "hello". Especially if their profile says "no DMs". It comes across as creepy.
