In Pennsylvania, they may escape prosecution because they added wording on their documents saying it only applied if a lawsuit won for Trump.

Wisconsin, New Mexico & Pennsylvania are three other of the seven states where a fake elector list documents were signed.

1/ Wisconsin fake electors settled a civil suit. A federal criminal case may yet happen there.

In New Mexico and Pennsylvania, fake electors added a caveat saying the certificate was submitted in case they were later recognized as duly elected, qualified electors.

New Mexico says they can't be charged because they added a statement on the document that said it was only submitted to be used in case Trump won a lawsuit.

Pretty sure Wisconsin is. Especially considering that one of the fraudsters runs the State Republican Party.

PA was one of those states, but there's a bit of a difference in this situation, explained in this article:

Nice summary from Lawfare. New Mexico and Pennsylvania included a caveat in the text of their alternate elector certificate that will likely shield them from prosecution.

I genuinely was not aware this was even in the works. Does any one know if there are any other state AGs working on similar fake electors plot cases besides the ones already known (Georgia, Michigan, Nevada, and now Arizona)?

My favorite aspect of Spoutible is that there is very minimal inauthentic activity.

📢 Last month, we hired a security company to audit our infrastructure and provide crucial recommendations to strengthen our infrastructure. This morning, I signed a one-year contract with a second security company that will provide 24/7 real-time monitoring for our API endpoints.

Hey @cbouzy what are your thoughts about the NetChoice v. Paxton and Moody v. NetChoice cases?

Specifically:
1) Chances the conservative super majority would rule social media moderation to be a 1st amendment violation?
2) If they do rule that way, how would that affect moderation on Spoutible?

Umm, it seems that it's optional to use either — you never need to click those new buttons, right? — so if you don't like it, you still get the no-algo timeline

Options, who knew?

I never said Spoutible wouldn't utilize algorithms. Spoutible has utilized AI and algorithms from day one. I said we would provide an algorithm-free timeline that would display spouts in chronological order.
Thunderschnozzle @Thunderschnozzle
Don't get me wrong, I think this new "curated" and "recommended" features are a wonderful addition to Spoutible that will facilitate it's "social" aspect. However, isn't this the very concept of "algorithm" that Spoutible was trying to avoid using? I mean, a good algorithm is still an algorithm.
