Now that I have hit 120 followers on Spoutible I felt like taking a moment to give some advice for new users reflecting how I was able to grow my follower count relatively fast compared to my other social platforms.

I know many are thinking Judge Merchan is being too soft on Trump right now for fining him 9000 dollars for gag order violations but its important to keep in mind that Merchan is essentially going by the book here. He has made it very clear jail time is a possibility if Trump keeps this up.

The biggest problem I have with a lot of the doomsday hysteria over SCOTUS right now is how a lot of these people overlook all the ways giving Trump blanket immunity could easily blow up in the conservative justices and Trumps face.

SCOTUS has basically stuck themselves into a corner here. Any immunity they give to Trump must essentially apply to Biden as well. If they try to give Trump even partial immunity the backlash would be immense and will give Dems even more reason to ensure Trump does not come back ever again.
