My 41hr intermittent fast(which I started on Saturday at 9pm) ended at 2pm today. The first 24hrs is usually a little tough. After that point, it’s a lot easier. I did it to Break up the monotony of my 17/7 fast I do every day. I’m down 36 pounds since 7/12/23. Safe weight loss.

Partly its incompetence and infighting, but partly I think the modern Republican Party doesn't really believe in legislation. Legislation means negotiation, compromise... democracy.
Their goal isn't to legislate- its to destroy our government so it can be replaced with strong man rule.
