My editor gave me the best advice. When I got stuck, she asked me, "What's the worst thing that could happen to this character right now?"

This weekend has been amazing because Justin and I have been sick with the flu. It's in Justin's head and chest and all that coughing is doing wonders for my sleep. It's affecting my stomach more than anything, which isn't *bad* but I'd take a broken bone over gastrointestinal issues any day.

WIP update: I’ve decided to write a fight that happened “off stage” in previous drafts. The chapter that shows the aftermath is in Regina’s POV but she reveals something truly devastating to another character and I think it would be a missed opportunity to not put his POV in the story.
