Look out for the unhoused, poor, and elderly during the frigid day/nights. Find a local warming shelter for them if even for a few hours. Volunteer/donate if you can. Give stray animals wet food to keep them hydrated. Also remember this is PAIN TIME for most chronic sufferers. Check on them, too.

We need to protect reporters. I feel that there are many reporters who, just to keep their job (which I understand), are forced into writing and saying things they don’t agree with and/or feel is wrong. They shouldn’t face consequences as long as it’s not discriminatory.
