Mine are as annoying AF because of our stupid health care system. The standard old school squish the boob method doesn't work well on me because of tissue density so I always have to come back for the ultrasound. Insurance won't pay for fancy without the traditional screen so I am screwed

Okay, people, let's talk about mammograms. I was terrified to get my first because I'd read numerous accounts of how horrifying they are. I was in and out in five minutes. They took extra images of my breasts and it was still only ~30 seconds of mild discomfort. Don't put mammograms off!
