We all seek relevance, meaning and the joy of our lived experience.
What is relevant, meaningful & joyful was very different in my 20’s & 30’s … than in my 40’s & 50’s but what doesn’t change?

The stupid Premier of Alberta came up with a totally bullshit plan that no one can understand.
She had the gumption to hold a fucking conference and even the media can’t make sense of it.
No more #conservative governments!!!

Greg Dickson @gregdicksonThis is depressing & alarming…
One commentator states H5N1 pandemic would be 100 x worse than COVID-19
H5N1 is mutating, cross species (birds, cows, cats) AND humans.
I’ve been watching & reading research. tThe WHO has been tracking this since 2003 & estimates H5N1 has a 50% fatality rate.08:15 PM - Apr 17, 2024

An H5N1 pandemic would be nothing like covid.
It would be something like the Black Death, but on a global scale- the majority of the population would likely die, between the over 50% mortality rate, and the complete collapse of infrastructure and the economy that would ensue.

Greg Dickson @gregdicksonI decided to fact check this and found this reference on Wikipedia, which has a citation of the WHO mortality estimates which confirm 50% mortality rate.08:15 PM - Apr 17, 2024

Convoluted, confusing & you can’t do anything w/o detailed instructions, that still don’t make sense.

Trump spouts shameless, absolute nonsense. The religion he promotes is the black hearted religion of the inquisition and witch hunts. President Biden guided us back from the pandemic and the economy rebounded. Freedom is for the bold and the brave, unfettered by book bans and pointless hatred.

Such a bad strategy, trying to turn Alberta in a version of Quebec without any valid agenda… other than being a bully and she’s the one picking fights.

Keith Gerein: Alberta takes its fight with Ottawa to petty extremes, and cities will wear the scars
Ah, spring in Alberta.
