I honestly think they won't grant immunity. They just want to give the lower courts a cumbersome test process so that the trial cannot start.

Honestly, it is disturbing to be ranked below the bear. It's on men to recognize that it's our behavior and support of patriarchal attitudes that put us there, as a group. And to work to change that rather than mansplaining about the horrors of bear attacks.

This is spot on. The entire purpose of conservatism is to support the existing aristocracy of wealthy, straight, white men. *Every* conservative policy has that effect, even though they dress them up with populist terminology.

I think that the only way that Trump gets any advantage in the debate-gate-debate is if President Biden refuses to debate Trump. That's when Trump gets to pump up his base about President Biden being scared or incapable.
