My wife, the household chef, says the secret to the no boil noodles is plenty of sauce and assemble the night before, bake the next day. I feel like this is not as much of an issue with veggie, tends to be wetter. But this ensures the noodles absorb enough moisture and come out baked enough.

I’m disgusted that parents are being allowed to endanger their kids like this. They should look at cemeteries from before the measles vaccine was available. There were tons of gravestones of little kids under 10 who died from a disease that’s now almost 100% preventable. Horrifying.
