How stupid of me - I was promoted, and my traits reset. Also - love the fact that the two expansion Starship Traits are usable at low levels.

Promotion to Lt. Commander happened after 3 episodes, one patrol and 1 daily. This enabled 1 more fore weapon & tac console, and shortly after the Duty Officer system.

Question 1: I can cut & paste images into Tweets. However, it doesn't seem to work in Spouts. Future feature?
Question 2: I can attach images, but there is a substantial multi-minute delay in confirming it's in the Spout. This has led to adding images twice.
