Goat season returns to our town. It's when a giant herd of goats comes in to mow down the drying meadows to prevent brush fires. It's peaceful despite the goats being kindof noisy at times.

Schiff is my favorite candidate and I voted for him. I'm annoyed that Porter thinks my vote was "rigged." You can say my choice is bad, but don't tell me my vote was the vote of some dim bulb swayed by rich people. It's weak sauce.

Alpha cat has evicted beta cat and is back in his favorite bed while beta cat sulks nearby. I'd like to make sure it goes on the record that Alpha threw up (a lot) in favorite cat bed. It was machine wash or burn it he needs to stop giving me side eye and hurt looks.

In local soap opera news: Alpha cat threw up on his favorite bed, the one in the office between the computers. I machine washed it (go me) but then it looked weird to him. Beta cat saw opportunity and is now sleeping mostly comfortably while Alpha cat howls nearby.

Every time there is a shooting, a news article follows: "$City Strong" or "$City Starts To Heal" and I think if your son daughter mom dad friend were shot to death, you probably are not healing. Maybe if we acknowledged that these losses are so permanent, we would care more about controlling guns.
