12.55am I saw a small lizard crawling on my bedroom wall. I could not go to sleep with THAT around, so I got up & tried to catch it... speedy fella. Finally trapped it in the next room with a clear plastic tub & put something heavy on it until I found a way to get it outside.

Pizza for my birthday tonight.

Welp. Had 1st dream of my late friend since her passing. Not sure what to make of it. Other post-death dreams of loved ones had them alive with no mention of why they're not in my life anymore. This had me wondering if I should say I was told she'd died. 🤨 Part of the grieving process, I guess.

I've had a few angry cries in relation to this. Very stress relieving. Do recommend.
Procedure is done now, btw. I'm in a bit of pain, but otherwise okay. Mentally? I suspect there'll be another angry-cry tomorrow while I wait for results (3-5 days).
