Initial run of the new smoker... 4 blocks of cream cheese cross-scored with a knife and seasoned well.

Repaired and dumped a 1-of-a-kind prototype Atari 2600 cartridge. Replaced the bad 74LS04 chip that was bodged onto the bottom of the PC board. It's for monitoring an exercise bike!

Nothing like fixing severe NiCd battery damage. Was able to clean up and salvage all but 2 pads on the board then install a replacement chip from a donor PCB.
Ran 3 30ga Kynar wire patches for battery damaged traces then a quick jumper wire to a power pin where a pad for the chip was destroyed.

w00t! pulled an all-nighter working on a copule Tekken 3 arcade game boards so made breakfast for the family... Made from scratch biscuits and gravy. First time making biscuits and it's heck of a workout cutting in butter in with a pastry tool, but the results... MMMM! One is topped with fig jam.

WOW... things have settled down now that we're about 3/4ths through the initial storm line. 80MPh wind gusts have rearranged stuff on the patio and I'll need to go chasing things down through the yard once this is over.
