It would take some time to #fix . It all began when she heard a strange noise in her water pipes. It began as a kind of gurgling as if there was air trapped in them. It didn’t end well. The air came out but so did a huge deluge of dirty grey water. A plumber came, time for new pipes.

The recipe said to #combine the flour, salt and butter until it resembled breadcrumbs. It is amazing how many recipes start this way. To make a nice tasty pie or a quiche or even a beef Wellington or a Cornish pasty this is the way to start. Bake it blind or brush with egg wash….pastry!

The hummingbirds knew that the nectar the humans kindly put out in the bright red feeder would be lovely for a few days. After that it would #spoil or evaporate. The bees loved it too and descended on the feeder as soon as it was warm enough. Bees & hummingbirds living the good life!

In order to get healthier I’m drinking more water, walking more and trying to get more sleep. But the increased water intake interferes with my sleep with frequent bathroom visits and limits the distance of my walks because at my age when you gotta go you gotta go 🏃🏾♀️

Things always had to be in a certain #order . Spoons, pictures, magazines, toy trains. Out of order meant out of sync. But sometimes George thought they also made nice patterns and he liked that too. He was 21 now and still enjoyed lining up the trains and making the track just so.
