In gardening, I find that large #drifts of flowers have a bigger impact on the overall look of the landscape. Rather than plant just one of a variety or species, I plant several together, spaced out for room to grow. #DailyPictureTheme #Drift

As folks discuss bear/man today, my youngest has texted me twice. Getting to campus, heading home. This is their safety net. I do the same. We track walking/biking routes, transit, send photos of uber drivers, know where, when, who - because it's not an if - but when. And I abhor it needs to be.

I always liked Galbraith as a B-school student. As I've become older, with real business and life experience under my belt, I like him even more.

Have you ever “seen” a photograph in your head at first look? Seeing this boat drift on a lake, I had to walk around a bit to be at the right angle to capture what I first “saw” in my head.

Do you remember the days of the BLM marches and burning buildings , looting, and other crimes?
Well, it turns out that most of the crimes carried out were not BLM supporters, but white male agitators.
Don’t be fooled by campus riots. Many of them aren’t students at all. They’re outside agitators.

I love the meaning behind this, totally get it. But the "trailer park, meth head sister-fucker" trope is tired as hell. A lot of those folks, though they gripe, don't vote. So if you want folks to find a middle ground, maybe address them better. Not their complaints or acts, just them.

This a great article and a worthy read. It’s not surprising that he was one of President Obama’s Spiritual advisors.

Jesus has become “a victim of identity theft in America.”

American Christianity lacks the basic tenets of social justice.

With a bit of reflection, you'll also notice that the Not All is an unnecessary aside. It adds no useful meaning to the main topic of conversation, which in this context is what-horrible-thing-happens-to-somebody-we-should-extend-empathy-and-help-to. It is a distraction that unfairly centers you.

HE used his platform to try murdered victims after their death by hopscotching all in and on stereotypes to argue why they should no longer be here. HE was the law and order president, so let the law handle him accordingly. And maybe ONE DAY, the system will treat us all similarly.

Because men are quick to say not all men, but also quick to say we should "know."

So which is it?

And why is our safety less important than their feeling awkward or bad because we can't see the future?

Men KNOW men are dangerous. THEY KNOW.

They know what they, themselves would do if they also know they'd get away with it.

They gaslight us.

The anger is because the gaslighting doesn't work anymore.
