Unfortunately, HIPAA doesn't protect from law enforcement

This is why the Biden administration is trying to add a regulation to prevent out of state law enforcement from getting abortion info via warrant, court order, or subpoena

I'm livid that my tax dollars are being used to push this case. I want Dave Yost (Ohio AG) to resign NOW.

Ohio republicans are so infuriatingly smug. They pretend they have some sort of mandate when in reality they have their power via blatant corruption, gerrymandering, and voter suppression.
