Some are asking about bad actors...etc. Legally, there are limits and safeguards, so someone like Elon couldn't swoop in and buy all the shares. Moreover, I would still own the majority of the company. Lastly, per SEC rules, there is a full financial audit of the company.

Just a thought for the equity survey: the answers for questions about if equity would make you more likely to use the platform or more likely to recommend it seem pretty limited. I haven't been extremely active on Spoutible to this point because I was detoxing after deleting my Twitter account, but

One of the most useful features of the bird was that you could follow somebody but mute them if their content overlapped others you follow. Nobody's feelings were hurt and every now and then, reading comments, you would find one of theirs and like it. I wish you'd consider a polite mute option.

This crowdfunding idea would be more attractive if the 10% stake is carved out so it's protected from being washed out by future investments. It'd be optically nice if Spoutible becomes a Benefit Corporation too. It'd also be awesome if Spoutible could plug into #Brave 's #bat ad rev share ecosystem.

The questions are very narrow. I couldn't invest $100 but I do my little bit by my $10 donation each month. Asking if I would use it more as an investor is irrelevant as I use it several times a day and that wouldn't change regardless of whether I was an investor or not.
