@cbouzy Hm.. I don't object to a ban of extremely explicit content, since it's the only way for a platform to stay viable these days -- but I think what has a lot of people on edge is that under the current TOS there IS too much wiggle room for false reports/abuse

There is unfortunately a long history of false reporting of content as explicit to actively discriminate against the LGBTQIA community. While Spoutible clearly makes a stand against that kind of abuse, there is unfortunately a small but vocal crowd that still use this as a bullying tactic

To be extremely clear: I respect what Spoutible is trying for here, and I appreciate it's trying to be transparent in the generation of it's TOS from the very beginning. (Been getting those e-mails). But there is small but vocal groups that will flag stuff as explicit that's queer romance/trans rep.
