Does anyone know what "Normal 0%" means?

It's a confusing stat meant to indicate if an account is a troll or bot. It is driven by the engine running Spoutible called Bot Sentinel. Supposedly the higher the % the more of a troll but I don't think that's correct. Here is Henry Winkler and Stella Parton's rankings. They sure aren't trolls!

I think it helps find bots - I think the higher the number, the more chance they are associated with bots (have lots of bot followers etc)

Since we're powered by bot sentinel every spout is rated. 0 means you are not a bot. As the number goes up you can decide for yourself if you want to interact with people who may or may not be sketchy. Scale is 0-100 with 100 being absolutely a bot.

It's your BotSentinel rating, it means you are not rated as a bot. Nefarious accounts will eventually show up rated higher, and there are settings to block even seeing those users. 0% is good.
