Then that's what the TOS needs to reflect. Until it does, then no, it absolutely isn't safe for writers or artists or trans people or sex workers or anyone else who might brush up against it. And if you didn't see the sheer rage & malicious lies, then you were intentionally looking the other way.

It's pretty clear where Spoutible stands on porn. He addressed the guidelines concerning artist wishing to Spout their creations of sexual nature.
I didn't see any violence during the discussions either.

They're after raw porn and censoring it, not artists or writers exploring erotica

There's already been Spouties who spouted sexually content akin to the example cbouzy relayed to us this morning.

They're still here and didn't get banned. But if you think Spouting off something like "I love sucking big dicks" will get you banned it won't. May lose followers if that's all you do
