Malcolm X was assassinated 58 years ago today. This will always remain one of my favorite pieces of wisdom he shared. Indeed, not enough has changed. And now, not only do they deny the knife is they're, by banning Black history, they're making it illegal to even claim the knife is there.

A true American in my eyes. His life story one shared by Black Americans since 1619, says to me what it is to be a real and true American. Equality in rights and the pursuit of happiness.

#TheBestPredictorOfFutureBehaviour is past behaviour. That is how we know what to change in the environment - if we want behavioural change. Not changing the environment that produces the behaviour maintains the behaviour.
