Yes! I also think it's the glorification of guns and the whole gun-focused culture. The entitlement. As someone else said, their country doesn't have this issue and we don't here in Canada either. Plenty of people own guns here, and our mental health care is abysmal... yet no daily mass shootings.

yes. my dad had a gun while I was growing up. I never saw it, never even knew about it until I was in college. it just wasn't something you bragged about or took selfies with. I don't understand the obsession...鈽癸笍

Brain chemistry and Hormones 'may' also play a role in this that we don't fully understand yet HOWEVER control what you can control and you CERTAINLY CAN CONTROL ACCESS TO KILLING MACHINES (Weapons of War)

I鈥檓 also sick and tired of hearing after a mass shooting, 鈥渋t鈥檚 the people not the guns鈥. If that鈥檚 the case then men should not have access to guns since they are way too emotional and reckless to own a firearm.

Switzerland. 1 gun per 3 people. 1 mass shooting in 2001. 47 shootings a year, murder rate near zero.
It's the people as well. Switzerland being prosperous and well educated helps a lot. And there are no lunatic guns like AR-15's. And VERY strict regulations on how to keep a gun.
