I saw a headline and did a quick scan of an article about a NS derailment near Detroit. I went looking for the article to cite it here. I am still looking. The upshot is that the cars were mislabeled w/respect for contents. Thought that the quick reaction to burn may have been concealment.

So sad, another consequence of not forcing industry to pay for the entire cost of their products. They should be forced to pay for this so-called accident. It's not really an accident when the events are foreseeable, which they were.
