May I ask as a true mustard idiot, which would you recommend as a binder on a pork loin calling for a British ground mustard?

Hmmm.... Colman's comes to mind but that stuff is uber spicy. Like wasabi. Looking at some of the other brands, it appears a lot of those are spicy too. Sounds like that's what the recipe calls for though. Probably will mellow out in the cooking
