The Biden administration, DOJ in particular but other agencies as well, are working as fast as they can to prosecute the criminals and force out the Chinese and other foreign interlopers who are largely responsible for driving up those prices (in part through facilitating bad domestic actors).

Me (GenX) and my daughters (Millennials) have all given up on home ownership. It used to be "just" financial. Now, we do not want roots in Texas. Talk about breaking a generational curse. I am a descendent of John Coker, 8th Generation Texan, and prepping to inherit 40 acres in the Hill Country. 🤔
